From an environmentally conscious and ecological perspective, the sustainability of cities within effects climate change are closely related to wise use resources modifications in status environment. In terms environment, smart entails meeting present future societal demands for environment water, land, air, among others. Environmental concerns that arise from rapid monetary developments shown inconsistency between assets, environmental pollution, destruction nature. this study, authors aim develop a strategy deal with urban areas using Remote Sensing Driver-Pressure-State-Impact-Response (DPSIR) Framework case study Jakarta Smart City. The DPSIR framework, which will be developed implemented city Jakarta, is smarter more sustainable framework evaluated through systematic evaluation quantitative research entropy weight method Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). These methods evaluate 58 representative elements environments at level, including shortcomings earlier such as data availability, spatial temporal constraints, several indicators, soil pH, wind speed, air quality index well land changes (spatiotemporal) time series. results show metropolitan Drivers rate population growth industrial which, although increases people’s income GRDP Jakarta; it also creates Pressures, namely increase amount water consumption wastewater. Based on these pressures, conditions (State) have undergone changes, loss supply, rainfall, increasing concentrations Air Pollutant Standard Index. Impact three resulted household consumption, annual electricity deteriorating quality. Hence, Response four interrelated causal variables Provincial Government must funds construction community facilities, production capacity clean build environment-friendly wastewater treatment waste processing infrastructure transportation fleets, educate people wisely reduce level use.
